It normally happens with me that i find people and there working unsyncronised like recently when we were working on the project when the final testing started there where some problems on UI and found that the standards are not maintained, as designer feels its the job of the programmer and programmers put everything on designers head, but they don't see that it isn't designer or programmer it's the project.

 

And the solution to this is very simple, communication in right way. Here the question arise what kinda communication, it is very simple and that's  right documentation. This documentation doesn't only involve the official ones like SRS , but few extra which can carry small bit of information like paths and the linking of the sections. Now the question arise who has to do that, then the answer for this is all of those in the team. Here there is not any kinda formate like i have developed a word file which carries the tables and coloum like sections, links and the pages I mean to say the files which are normally used by all team members, previously when i introuduced it, the task was lil tedious but then when it mingled into daily working procedure it was just a job of say 15mins, but this 15mins has saved my lots of time and chaos during working and the team dependence on eachother for completion of job. And thus it became the standard of the company development process.
